From Nepali Farmers
Royal Himalayan Coffee was founded with a passion for bringing the rich and unique flavors of Nepal’s Himalayan-grown coffee to coffee lovers everywhere. Working closely with local farmers, we carefully source premium Arabica beans cultivated in the pristine hills of Nepal. Our journey is rooted in quality, sustainability, and a commitment to showcasing the excellence of Nepali coffee on a global stage.
Royal Himalayan Coffee is dedicated to producing high-quality coffee made from carefully selected Himalayan coffee beans. We combine traditional farming practices with modern roasting techniques to deliver a smooth, aromatic, and memorable coffee experience. By supporting local communities and promoting sustainable agriculture, we strive to create coffee that is both exceptional in taste and meaningful in impact.
Royal Himalayan Coffee began with a simple vision: to share the exceptional taste of Nepal’s Himalayan-grown coffee with the world. Inspired by the rich coffee-growing regions of Nepal and the dedication of local farmers, we set out to create a brand that celebrates quality, authenticity, and sustainability.
What began as a small family-run operation has grown into a mission-driven brand that works directly with local farming communities. We believe every cup of coffee should tell a story — and ours is one of breathtaking mountains, hardworking farmers, and the purest Arabica beans Nepal has to offer.
Today, we only produce the best and compost the rest. Every bean is handpicked, carefully processed, and roasted in small artisanal batches to bring out its fullest potential.
From carefully selecting premium Arabica beans grown in the foothills of the Himalayas to perfecting the roasting process, every step of our journey reflects our passion for great coffee. Today, Royal Himalayan Coffee continues to connect coffee lovers with the unique flavors and heritage of Nepal, one cup at a time. Get In TouchNestled in the lush hills of Nepal, our coffee estate is blessed with fertile soil, clean mountain air, and an ideal climate for growing premium Arabica coffee. Every bean is cultivated with care, allowing nature and tradition to work together in creating coffee of exceptional quality.
Our coffee thrives in the scenic Himalayan foothills, where cool temperatures and abundant rainfall contribute to its unique character. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, the coffee cherries mature slowly, developing rich flavors and aromas that make every cup a true reflection of Nepal’s natural beauty.
The weather is always pleasant — a state of perpetual spring — and our beans carry with them the stories of this land and the people who have cultivated them for generations.
ROYAL HIMALAYAN COFFEE is renowned for our 100% Arabica beans. Of all coffee plants in the world, Arabica is the most delicate and therefore grows exceptionally well at higher altitudes. It delivers a rich and complex blend — with vibrant acidity, floral notes, and a smooth, clean finish.
Working directly with local farmers enables us to create a sustainable source of income for the community while ensuring the highest quality at every step. Each cherry is handled with the greatest care and roasted in small batches to bring out the full intricacy and complexity of its flavor.
A coffee amateur and a seasoned connoisseur alike can pick up on hints of citrus, floral, and nutty notes in our blend — a true expression of the Himalayan terroir.

The cherries are inspected for defects and put through a flotation process. Immature, dry, and overripe cherries float in water, while quality ripe cherries sink — ensuring only the best are selected.
The outer skin of the cherry is removed, revealing the pulpy flesh underneath. This pulp is separated through a "fermentation" process, preserving the bean's unique flavor characteristics.
The coffee beans are sun-dried on raised beds, then milled to remove the parchment layer. After hulling, the resulting green coffee is graded and sorted for quality before roasting.
